The Workplace Wellbeing Profession Map™
-
The 1st of its kind in the UK
Unlike other people professions in the UK, workplace wellbeing doesn't have a governing body. There is no CIPD, IOSH or other equivalent that guides and supports Workplace Wellbeing Professionals in their careers. There is nothing to show them what the evidence says, and nothing to show them what it is they should be doing in their roles. That is, until now.
We looked at job adverts and job descriptions of Workplace Wellbeing roles and spoke to the very same people in those roles. And we found not only what makes a successful and impactful Workplace Wellbeing Professional, but one that organisations look for when recruiting.
